who we are.

Family of four, including two young children, standing outdoors in a grassy area with trees in the background. The father is holding a toddler boy, and the mother is holding an infant girl. They are all smiling and dressed casually.

Stemming from a lifetime interest in a variety of sports, a community in need, and an empty warehouse that needed a purpose, Wildwood athletics was born in the summer of 2024. Our goal is to provide a premium training space to develop athletes of all types and promote strength and longevity in the community. We are a private facility to maintain a close knit feel and to never have to worry about crowding.

When it comes to our daily programing, our main focus is more tradtional strength and conditioning. terms of longevity and sustainability, a focus on strength and mobility is a greater benefit to a broader range of people. However, We do also offer a coached bootcamp / hiit style class for those wanting that high intensity group workout
